Everyone needs a vacation from the day to days tasks that fill our lives. I've decided to show you exactly what I brought with me on my most recent trip to Cabo and how I saved big on everything shown. Never been to Cabo or looking for a new experience to try there? I've included my favorite gems within the city. Thank you to my mom and Dave for taking Clayton and I on the this amazing adventure!
Here it is - Everything about Cabo compiled into one big blog post - get ready!
A Few Things You Should Know
Cabo San Lucas resides on the southern most tip of the Baja peninsula. The famous rock formation known as "el archo" defines where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean (see pic below!). If you visit around December through March you will see the whales that migrate down to Cabo where they have their babies.
Where I Stayed
It's basically a tradition for my family to come to Cabo at least once a year. There's something about the people, food, weather, and memories that keep us coming back. This past year my family bought a home a short cab ride from downtown. Prior to that, we've stayed in some amazing hotels. I've listed my favorite resorts below:
Sheraton Grand Los Cabos Hacienda del Mar
The Resort at Pedregal
Cabo offers much more than just tacos and traditional Mexican fare. Two major culinary trends have come to the forefront in the past few years- fusion restaurants pairing international chefs with innovative menus and farm-to-table experiences where fresh ingredients are produced on-site. Here are my favorite restaurants to visit when I’m in town:
El Farallon at Pedregal
Manta at the Cape
The Sea Grill at Las Vantanas
What I Wore
