Spring Break Body in 30 Days

Spring break is only four weeks away. I can almost taste the fruity cocktails and feel the warm sand on my feet. That being said, there is a lot to do before I can be in tiny bikini mode. With spring break's arrival nearing in the horizon, time is of the essence. 

 

 I'm sharing my four week plan on being spring break ready. Each week I'll post exactly what I'm doing to prepare. This will include meal ideas, workouts and beauty routines. 

 

Without further ado, here we go:

 

WEEK 1:

 

Time to cleanse. This week, let's focus on setting a sound foundation for the weeks to come. I'm talking about drinking lots and lots of water. Not only will this give us the hydration we need to exercise, but it will do wonders for our skin. Additionally, you could do a juice cleanse. I love Jamba Juice and Smoothie King's options. I like to add whey protein. Lately I've been loving RX bars. Each protein bar has only a handful of simple ingredients. The peanut butter chocolate bar has changed my life lol. Check it out here

 

Here is the workout plan I'll be following this week:

 

50 squats 

10 burpees

100 squats 

20 burpees

+

50 squats 

10 burpees 

30 minutes of cardio

 

(I'm going to try to do this for five days out of the week.)
